If I accidentally eat some food that is in the ‘foods to avoid’ list (which I will refer to as‘ 28 ~ 14 Foods’), or if my timing is wrong and I start to menstruate sooner than I thought, I still carry on and withdraw from the food until the end of my period. I know it will still cause me to have menorrhagia, but only for the first couple of days, then my menses will become normal again. Also, if I had a little bite of some of the 28 ~ 14 foods, it would still have a big impact on my period, so I don’t really cheat by having a little taste of things.
Sometimes it can be difficult working out my next menstruation date, because changes in climate from summer to winter, or from winter to summer, can make my cycle different, either shorter or longer. Nevertheless, it is still worth sticking with the diet, since the results are priceless to me. No tablets or medication are involved and it will generally only be for about 12-14 days that I do not consume these foods.
